We’re so thankful for the band of volunteers that help make Keswick at Portstewart happen each year. Without the enthusiasm of those who help with planning, the efficiency of those who assist with administration, the friendliness of the stewards in the car parks and tents, the energy of the set up and clear up teams, and the expertise of those who help us in various practical ways, Keswick at Portstewart simply wouldn’t take place. There are a number of ways you can help...
Get Involved
SITE SET UP
Assist with putting in the chairs, tables, signage etc. on the Thursday (daytime) before the Convention week begins as well as clearing the tent on the Friday night after the Convention ends.
TENT STEWARDING
Assisting and organising the seating of those attending, directing people at entrances and exits.
CAR PARKING
Stewarding in one of the 3 car parks that we use (seats will be kept for you in the main tent so that you don't miss out!).
GENERAL SUPPORT
Staffing the Information Desk, providing general administrative support for the event.
